For the major consumers of PU-gun foam Den Braven Sealants has a new, unique multi can application gun in its delivery program.

Twenty/thirty years ago, major consumers of PU-foam used aluminium disposable cylinders with a content of 7 kilo of PU-foam. Due to the price of aluminium increasing substantially, these cylinders became so expensive that they have eventually disappeared from the market. The demand for larger packages of PU-foam has always remained, but until now there were no affordable alternatives available.

Den Braven Sealants has developed for this particular group of consumers the Zwaluw Multifoamgun.

The Zwaluw Multifoamgun is equipped with a carrying strap, so that the system can be carried comfortably on your back. The Zwaluw Multifoamgun has been extremely well made and is equipped with a bullet faucet, with which the system can be cut off instantly. The canisters, just like regular PU-foam guns, can remain on the Multifoamgun after use. If the whole system needs to be cleaned you can apply on the side connection a canister of PU-cleaner to flush the gun out completely.

In addition to the above mentioned advantages the Zwaluw Multifoamgun offers other great advantages compared to the traditional foam guns. As the foam canisters are not placed above the gun, but on the carrying system, there is no PU-foam canister on the gun itself. This offers application on connection joints along ceilings and in crawlspaces without the cumbersome foam canister getting in the way! Traditional PU-foam guns, in most cases move slightly during usage, which causes the foam structure to be more open and in some cases you will not be able to expel the whole canister of PU-foam. With the Zwaluw Multifoamgun this will be no problem. All foam canisters will be completely empty.

The Zwaluw Multifoamgun is equipped with the standard NBS connections, so every desirable type of gun foam, (also fire retarded or Flexfoam) can be assembled on the gun.
